Nikki Di Girolamo speaks English & Italian. She is the Director of HouseAroundItaly and Managing Director of various other limited companies related to real estate. She has a professional accountancy qualification, marketing and computer skills and was president of the International club in Pescara for 5 years. Nikki is English and has lived in Abruzzo for 14 years. She is well known in the real estate field and has appeared on Television both in England - Place in the sun- I want that house and in Italy many times. She has many friends in the Abruzzo tourism councils and knows many Mayors of most of the towns and villages.

Walter Pezzi is Italian and speaks Italian and English. He is an Independant Personal Financial Advisor. He helps clients with opening bank acounts and gives financial advice. To save clients time the necessary documents can be sent before hand. Clients only need to sign when they get here. The bank account with Unicredito Banca (the 2nd biggest in Italy) will then be opened immediately. Walter also helps clients get mortgages, and other financial products. He provides mortgages with Banca Woolwich/Barclay's Bank.

Ida Menè has been living in Italy since 1981. Her main role is to help the clients after they decide to purchase their home through to the final act. She speaks English and Italian, has run her own business for years,has good communication skills and is very familiar with the Italian way of life.
